Ask the candidates for PM to prioritise children

We will soon have a new Prime Minister. Over the coming days, the candidates for the top job will be setting out their vision for the future of our country. This is a rare opportunity to bring national attention to the impact that funding cuts have had on local services that support and protect children.

We've come together with the UK's leading children's charities to put this issue high on their agenda – but we don’t have much time.

We want candidates to make a public commitment to invest properly in children’s services, in their bid to become our next Prime Minister. Please urge them to address the pressures on local children’s services in their campaigns
