Ask the Home Secretary to give young people a trusted guardian

For children arriving in the UK without family, navigating their new life alone can be terrifying. Caught between a traumatic past and an uncertain future, their difficult journey is far from over.

Still recovering from trauma, long, complex immigration processes leave them at even greater risk of self-harm and suicide. They often go missing and face exploitation. These children desperately need a trusted person to protect them.

We will be writing to the Home Secretary to urge him to introduce independent guardians for all separated children in England and Wales. Please add your name in support.
