Ask your MP to let children play

Children in the UK are often unable to enjoy the freedoms and joy of playing with friends that previous generations have had. Whether due to poverty or lack of local infrastructure, the very idea of 'play' has fallen off the agenda.

Young people having spaces and places to be with friends and socialise is crucial for their wellbeing.

That's why we're calling on the Government to introduce Play Sufficiency Legislation in England, as exists in Wales and Scotland. This would ensure that there is vital provision of safe space and opportunity for children to play.

Children should have the spaces and opportunities to socialise and play. Write to your MP now.
