Ask your MP to prioritise children's wellbeing

Young people shouldn't be an afterthought. But the voices of young people are rarely considered in policymaking.

The latest available figures show that a quarter of 15 years olds in 2022 had low life satisfaction. This is a national crisis. Please email your MP today and ensure that the government are listening to young people experiences and working to improve wellbeing.

We're calling on the Government to:

1) Declare a national mission on children's wellbeing

2) Introduce national measurements for children's wellbeing, so that policy can be made to improve life satisfaction.

Young people need to have their voices embedded in decisions that impact their wellbeing. And their wellbeing should be measured to inform policy and practice. Write to your MP now.
